Thanks to swapping websites, council house tenants can theoretically move anywhere in the UK – providing they can persuade someone to exchange homes with them. This new series follows people who are hoping to make the move, including mum-of-four Beth, who wants to leave Mitcham in Surrey for somewhere more rural, where her son will have space to roam.
