Why was The Larkins less than perfick for Sabrina?

I don’t blame Sabrina Bartlett for walking out of The Larkins. It was so politically correct that it made absolutely no sense.

It’s such a shame that Sabrina Bartlett quit The Larkins just before they started filming a new season. I thought she was great in this. I actually think Thandiwe Newton would be a perfect replacement. Maybe ITV needs to think outside the box on this one.

This Darling Buds Of May remake is terrible in every way. The original series was iconic and reflected a true representation of life down in Kent a few years back. This totally woke representation made me cringe so much that I couldn’t watch.

When I first started watching The Larkins, I wasn’t sure I would enjoy it as much as the original but I’m so glad I kept going with it. Bradley Walsh was brilliant in it as was Sabrina Bartlett.

I just hope that the second series won’t be ruined by Bartlett leaving.
