250 g (9 oz) caster sugar 4 medium eggs, beaten ½ tsp Dr. Oetker Mada­gas­can Vanilla Nat­u­ral Ex­tract

375 g (13 oz) plain flour 1 tsp Dr. Oetker Bak­ing Pow­der

1 tsp Dr. Oetker Bi­car­bon­ate of Soda

150 g (5½ oz) nat­u­ral yoghurt

For the Pret­zels:

150 g (5½ oz) Dr. Oetker Fine Cook’s White Choco­late

6 gi­ant/jumbo pret­zels, 6 stan­dard pret­zels (or 36 stan­dard pret­zels)

For the But­ter­cream:

100 g (3½ oz) Dr. Oetker Fine Cook’s White Choco­late

45 g (1¾ oz) mixed bro­ken pret­zel pieces

115 g (4 oz) un­salted but­ter, soft­ened

3 tsp tahini

For the Coat­ing:

150 g (5½ oz) Dr. Oetker Fine Cook’s White Choco­late

300 ml (½ pt) dou­ble cream

190 g (6¾ oz) cream cheese

4 tsp tahini
