150 g (5½ oz) natural yoghurt
For the Pretzels:
150 g (5½ oz) Dr. Oetker Fine Cook’s White Chocolate
6 giant/jumbo pretzels, 6 standard pretzels (or 36 standard pretzels)
For the Buttercream:
100 g (3½ oz) Dr. Oetker Fine Cook’s White Chocolate
45 g (1¾ oz) mixed broken pretzel pieces
115 g (4 oz) unsalted butter, softened
3 tsp tahini
For the Coating:
150 g (5½ oz) Dr. Oetker Fine Cook’s White Chocolate
300 ml (½ pt) double cream
190 g (6¾ oz) cream cheese
4 tsp tahini
