A Hat For Ascot

I do like the flowers on this hat, And I’ve always favoured straw, But I put it back into its box ‘Cause I’ve worn this one before.

No, I have decided,

It really must be new,

But should I go for pink or green, Or a lovely shade of blue?

Floppy brim or small and neat? Which one is most in fashion? Hats can make an outfit special: They really are my passion!

I ask for his opinion,

But my husband says to me,

“I just don’t see why you need one, To watch racing on TV.”
