Snow Business have made it their business to develop their eco-credentials, and 70% of their products and packaging are now made from sustainable materials.

This has included developing new products, such as creating a “snow blanket” from renewable sugar cane, and introducing biodegradable glitter to create “ice sparkle”. They have worked with the University of Bristol to create environmentally friendly fluids to create foam snow that is so gentle and harmless it was used by the Eden Project to turn its biomes into a giant tropical snow globe for Christmas in 2015.

The company are committed to reducing waste, and have even used recycled plastic for the nozzles on their snow machines, reusing cardboard boxes when sending out products and recycling all waste generated at their factory.

Finally, Snow Business have installed solar panels that provide 13% of their energy, and 65% of their energy comes from renewable sources.

Their green snowflake logo, set against their product list, helps companies to identify their environmentally friendly products when selecting their snow type.
