YOUR TRAVEL ITINERARY

Day 1 Christmas Eve We depart from your local pick-up point and head into Peebles, a peaceful little town on the banks of the River Tweed. In the afternoon we continue to our hotel, the luxurious Cardrona Hotel, Golf and Country Club. We are welcomed on arrival with festive teas. Following dinner there will be a drinks reception followed by Christmas carols.

Day 2 Christmas Day The day gets off to a festive start with a glass of Buck’s Fizz with breakfast. The morning is free to relax. A traditional Christmas carvery lunch with all the trimmings follows and after the King’s Speech you are free to use the leisure facilities, read your new book or even succumb to a postprandial nap, whichever is your preference.

Day 3 Boxing Day After breakfast we depart on a scenic coach tour of the Border country, which will see us visiting the delightful towns of Moffat, Galashiels and Melrose. Alternatively, for those who would prefer to relax around the hotel you may take advantage of the hotel’s leisure facilities.
