‘Austerity’ No. 22 to Lincs Wolds line…

THE Appleby Frodingham Railway Preservation Society’s recently overhauled Hunslet ‘Austerity’ 0-6-0ST No. 22 (3846/1956) has moved to the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway for a summer hire spell. The former Graig Merthyr Colliery loco arrived from Scunthorpe at the beginning of July and is expected to stay on the Ludborough line for the main peak summer season.
