Shipley Glen renews plea for donations

SHIPLEY Glen Tramway in West Yorkshire is steppingup its appeal for donations to help cover the costs of upkeep while it was unable to operate due to Covid-19 restrictions. The tramway, which resumed Sunday services on May 23 after a gap of more than a year, says essential maintenance and general refurbishment during the lockdowns cost around £9000.
