-

NETWORK Rail has issued a warning after a rise in the number of people disobeying diversion signs and using the sea wall path at Dawlish. There are increasing reports of people walking along the wall or the railway line because part of the sea wall path is closed. During May, 18 incidents were reported in the vicinity of the coastguard footbridge.
