IN its by now familiar format, the

LMS-Patriot

Project’s fundraising calendar showcases paintings by a number of railway artists.

Works by names including John Austin, Philip D Hawkins and Colin Wright depict the Fowler 5XP 4-6-0 which the Patriot group is re-creating with newbuild No. 5551 The Unknown Warrior,

together with Duchesses and No. 6201 Princess Elizabeth.

As last year, the calendar reflects the relationship between the LMS-Patriot Project and the Princess Royal Class Locomotive Trust, the Patriot calendar names both organisations on the cover – and contains plenty of Stanier Pacifics as well as Patriots.

Measuring 238mm x 238mm (476mm x 238mm when opened) and with its large, square format, both paintings and dates get ample space.
