New TOC launched

KINGS Norton-based SLC Operations (SLCO) has been awarded a passenger train operating licence, a year after being given a non-passenger licence. The company was formed by ex-Chiltern Railways bosses Cath Bellamy, Adrian Shooter and Ian Walters, and it will now seek opportunities “to provide passenger railways and connections where there currently aren’t any.”
