Study looks at reopening St Athan

THE Vale of Glamorgan council has commissioned consultants to establish whether there is a case to reopen a station at St Athan on the Vale of Glamorgan line. Locations alongside the B4265 road will be considered. Depending on the report, the local authority will decide whether to take the matter forward. The previous station at St Athan closed in June 1964.
