New CAF trams modernise Amsterdam tram fleet

AMSTERDAM tram operator GVB has withdrawn all its remaining type 11G and 12G trams built by La Brugeoise et Nivelles in Bruges in 1990/91, as new CAF Urbos trams have been delivered to replace them – meaning there are now no trams in service in Amsterdam that were not built in the 21st century.
