HS2 Skills Academy intake welcomed

Andy Street has welcomed preparations by the Balfour Beatty VINCI Skills Academy in Birmingham to train people for a further 3000 roles supporting HS2’s construction over the next four years.

Based at South & City College’s Bordesley Green campus, the scheme offers training and opportunities to progress to roles with the project’s local labour providers.
