Steam at Butterley

HUNSLET ‘Austerity’ (3844/1956) 0-6-0ST United Steel Company No.22 arrived at The Midland Railway – Butterley (MRB) in late September on hire from the Appleby Frodingham Railway Preservation Society. The loco is due to stay for the remainder of the year. No. 22 is booked to make its first passenger train debut at MRB on November 5 for the fireworks night event. It is also due to work the Santa specials.
