VARAMIS IN BUSINESS:
Following intensive driver training sessions on the East Coast Main Line, and ‘shakedown’ runs on the West Coast Main Line using Class 321 ‘Swift Express Freight’ electric multiple unit No. 321334, leased from Eversholt Rail, Varamis Rail operated its first commercial logistics services between Mossend and Birmingham International at the beginning of November. On October 12, during its ECML training runs, the unit is seen at Cromwell near Newark.
