Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara are back for a sixth series of obstacle-course challenges. But there has been a slight change to the format – this time, the male and female champions won't simply be testing their speed, strength and courage against other superfit competitors, they'll also do battle with a team of pro athletes dubbed Elite Ninjas. ★★★★☆
