Why am I Vegan ?

I WENT VEGAN BECAUSE… My parents went vegan in 1987 when I was two years old! I was raised vegan, knowing the truth about how meat, dairy and eggs are produced, and therefore chose to continue a vegan lifestyle as an adult.

MY HOPE FOR THE FUTURE… For my children to live in a world where vegans are the majority.

MY ADVICE TO ASPIRING VEGANS… Use meat and dairy alternatives as replacements in your usual diet to ease the transition.
