Why am I Vegan ?

I WENT VEGAN BECAUSE… I love animals and wanted my actions to align with my morals. I was also battling an unhealthy relationship with food for years, and veganism helped me develop a healthier outlook. Instead of seeing all food as bad, veganism allowed me to think that if food is ‘good for the animals’ then it is good. It has helped me get my life back.

MY HOPE FOR THE FUTURE IS… continued accessibility to affordable vegan options for everyone.

MY ADVICE TO ASPIRING VEGANS IS… stay humble! Respect other people’s view points, there was a time you weren’t vegan too!
