British brand Indiebride London prides itself on its no waste approach. Fabrics are precisely ordered upon purchase (as they make all their dresses only once they have been ordered), so barely any materials are left over. Usually In dress production, there is always fabric that is cut off and thrown away, but Indiebride keep the off-cuts and use them to make and embellish sashes, veils and headpieces. They also donate all the off-cuts they cannot use to students or organisations for their own projects.

The label is headed up by designer Mina Laitsaari and offers a wide selection of alternative bridal options, including short hemlines, vintage styles and bridal separates. Note that some of the Indiebride dresses do feature silk, so be sure to check and request for only vegan materials to be used when ordering.
