The perfect smoothie to reach your protein goals, made from whole plant foods that are abundant in vitamins and minerals.

• 1 green apple

• ½ avocado

• 4 stalks celery

• 1-inch fresh ginger

• ½ stick whole cucumber

• ½ lime (do not need to remove skin)

• 30g (1oz) spinach • Optional: 1 serving protein powder

1 Juice the apple, avocado, celery, ginger, cucumber and lime. 2 Put the juice into a blender with the spinach (and protein powder, if using) and blend until smooth.
