Lie on the floor with the ball between your legs and your arms above your head. Squeezing the ball as hard as you can to engage your inner thighs, raise the ball over your torso, while reaching up with your upper body to take the ball in your hands. Lower your legs as your upper body returns down to the floor. Repeat eight to 10 times.
