‘Crystals give me confidence’

‘I’m a PR coach for product-based businesses, and a big fan of crystals and oracle cards.

In 2019, I became interested in the law of attraction and manifesting after reading The Secret by Rhonda Byrne [£11.40, amazon.co.uk], and I bought some crystals – three of the most popular ones as I thought they’d help enhance my manifesting because of the energies they hold. I have three gemstones on my desk – rose quartz, citrine and amethyst.

When I’m working towards something in my business I often hold the crystal, close my eyes and visualise what I’m working towards. For example, I use amethyst when

I’m going to do a presentation and need to reduce anxiety as I’m a shy person. I hold the crystal, close my eyes and imagine the presentation going without a hitch.

I use rose quartz to boost self-love so that’s usually when doubts or imposter syndrome kicks in, and when I’m launching a new course, I reach for citrine to help manifest financial abundance.’
