For a slimming take on creamy ranch, Cooking Channel star Tia Mowry pumps up the protein and creaminess with tofu. “Sometimes you just need a big dollop of ranch dressing—and this one is super healthy,” says Tia. To make: In a blender, puree 8 oz. of silken tofu, 1⁄2 cup of vegan mayo, 2 Tbs. of safflower oil, 1 Tbs. of apple cider vinegar, 1 garlic clove, 1 small onion, 1 tsp. of parsley and 1⁄4 tsp. of paprika until smooth.
