Dreamy Brownie Raspberry Trifle

Creamy pudding, fudgy brownies and tangy raspberries combine in a treat that’s as decadent as it is light
2 (1 oz.) pkgs. fat-free, sugar-free
chocolate pudding
4 cups low-fat milk
11⁄2 tsp. espresso powder
1 (11 oz.) pkg. supermarket bakery mini brownies or brownie bites, divided
3⁄4 cup seedless raspberry
preserves, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed and divided
2 cups fresh raspberries, divided
1 Prepare pudding mixes as package directs, using low-fat milk. Dissolve espresso powder in 1 tsp. hot water; stir into pudding. Set aside.
2 In bottom of large trifle bowl, arrange 1⁄2 brownie pieces. Brush with 1⁄2 preserves. Spread with 1⁄2 prepared pudding. Sprinkle with 1⁄2 raspberries; cover with 1⁄2 whipped topping.
3 Repeat layering. Cover and chill 1 hr. before serving. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
