Zesty Marinara Rigatoni

12 oz. dried rigatoni pasta 1 large onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced 1⁄2 tsp. red pepper flakes 1⁄2 tsp. dried oregano 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes

11⁄2 cups frozen peas

11⁄4 cups shredded partskim mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. In skillet, sauté next 4 ingredient­s in cooking spray 5 min., stirring. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and let simmer 10 min. Remove from heat; stir in peas and cooked pasta. Season to taste.

Transfer mixture to greased 2 qt. baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until browned and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
