1⁄ cup of cooked tomato products or sun-dried tomatoes daily can
2 cut your risk of sun damage by as much as 49%. Dermatologist Jean Krutmann, M.D., explains that lycopene (the pigment that gives tomatoes their red hue) quickly neutralizes the tissuedamaging free radicals produced when UV light hits skin.
