Mess-free way to fill tacos

Everyone loves taco night! The only downside: The crispy shells tend to crack after the first bite, allowing the filling to drip out all over the table and the floor. To prevent that, try this easy trick: Line each shell with a lettuce leaf before adding the meat, cheese and other fixings. This way, if the shell shatters, the lettuce will contain the taco’s yummy contents.
