Kenya, Africa—Run like the wind, cutie! This rambunctious lion cub at the Maasai Mara National Reserve was determined to get to the nearby watering hole as fast as possible! The photographer captured the youngster happily trotting between his mother’s legs, almost as if he was trying to rush her along. But his mom wasn’t having it! Though adult lions can run up to 50 miles per hour in short bursts, she continued to saunter right behind him, causing her frustrated tot to sprint ahead on his own.
