Lisa Rinna’s lemonade secret that keeps her happy and healthy

As dawn breaks in Lisa Rinna’s kitchen, it’s clear from her energetic smile that there’s no end to her get-up-and-go. “I’m an early riser!” the Days of Our Lives and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shares with FIRST. “I go to bed at 10 every night and by 6:30 AM, I’m ready to take on the day!”

Still, the mother of two admits that since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, her energetic lifestyle has been tempered and she’s discovered the importance of stopping to smell the roses. “I’ve learned that it’s okay to be still this past year,” Lisa says with a smile. “Through the pandemic, I’ve become more patient with myself and others. Life is short—you have to make each day the best day and enjoy every minute!” Here, Lisa’s tips for filling each day with health and happiness and making every moment count.
