While Lisa is not a nap-taker, she admits to putting her feet up for a half hour in the afternoon to relax. “It’s rejuvenating!” she cheers.
“It’s good to take time to rest. I’ll watch movies, listen to music, soak in a bath or even meditate with an app called Headspace. It’s all about giving yourself those little moments!”
