Chicken and Hummus Wraps

4 (71⁄ 2") taco-size whole-wheat flour tortillas,
warmed 1 (9 oz.) pkg. grilled or roasted carved
chicken breast
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, sliced
1 tomato, diced 1⁄2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro leaves 1⁄4 cup chopped red onion
