Simple trick to seed a chile

-

Your taco recipe calls for serrano or jalapeño peppers, but using your knife to remove seeds from a long, slim pepper can be tricky. A better way: First, trim the ends off the pepper, then use a flat hand to firmly roll it against a cutting board. Next, hold the pepper upright and roll it between your palms. The pressure will help release the seeds so they’ll just fall right out.
