Easily ensure your car is fur-free

You love to take your furry friends on car rides, but not so much the fuzz they leave behind, especially in summer shedding months. What can help: Mix 2 tsp. of fabric softener with 1 cup of water in a spray bottle, then spray the mixture onto the upholstery. The fabric softener neutralizes the static that causes pet hair to stick to car seats, so fur can be easily lifted and removed. Tip: Use a dryer sheet to wipe away any stubborn strands. The rough texture “grabs” fur, making cleanup a cinch.
