The Vaison is a large, open-design hard case that’s simple to pack. Remove the wheels and bar and four straps secure the seatpost and bike. The components you’ve removed are designed to sit in the space around your frame. A foam sheet separates your wheels, which sit on top, with a smaller foam pad to hold things in place. It offers good value but at 16.44kg it’s difficult to meet many airlines’ weight limits.
