There’s an option of sides ($25 each), such as the roasted baby French Grenaille potatoes and foie gras pâté. Making a return at Carlton City Hotel Singapore’s The Christmas Shoppe is the signature Cajun Turkey ($138). This time, it comes with a choice of eight different sauces and our favourites are the Peach-thyme and Gingerpineapple Marmalade, and the Salted Egg Yolk Sauce.
