SIGEP, ITALY

The 37th edition of SIGEP, one of the most prominent expos in the gelato sector, will be held from 23-27 January 2016 in the Expo Center, Rimini Fiera, Italy. The show brings the latest raw materials, basic products, plant, machinery, furnishing and fittings for the artisan gelato, pastry shops, cafés, and artisan bakeries. It will also host a large number of competitions, including the Italian Cafeteria Barista Championship and the Italian Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, as well as the anticipated Pastry Queen of the World Pastry Championship, held every two years.
