Palazzo Versace Dubai, a luxurious 215-room property, will open this November. It has been developed in a joint venture with Enshaa Group, one of the region’s premier developers. Besides rooms and suites, the property also has 169 condominiums, ranging from one to six bedrooms. It has signature restaurants, a spa, and a range of Versace Home Collection products. Artistic director Donatella Versace has exclusively designed the interiors and furniture. The hotel is situated in the center of the new Culture Village, with views of the Dubai Creek. Langham Place, Downtown Dubai will be the first city hotel of the Langham Hotels & Resorts brand in the UAE. The luxury city hotel is expected to open in the city by 2018. Located in the Burj Khalifa district, the project will be realized through a partnership with Omniyat, a Dubai-based privately-held real estate development group. The USD 273 million project will comprise a five-star luxury hotel, with 167 rooms, and serviced apartments. The hotel will span a built up area of 63,000 m2.
