The Soft Cooker IDROCHEF, coupled with any container of up to 50L capacity, can cook at controlled and perfectly uniform temperatures throughout the whole container, due to the movement of the water. It's ideal for the vacuum (sous vide) cooking at low temperatures, containing a thermostat with integrated timer and acoustic alarm functions.
