GERMAN COPS 23 Cases, 9pm, More4

NOT every Eurodrama is a subtle tale of spiritual angst — some of them are just flashy crime dramas that happen to have subtitles, and there’s nothing wrong with that. This very much falls into the latter camp and, in tonight’s finale, Detective Scholl (Shadi Hedayati) ignores warnings to stop her investigat­ion.
