“Finding insects for photography can be quite a challenge. Therefore I wake up about 4am, when the ambient temperature is low and I can increase the chance of coming across my favourite insects. This image was taken with the new version of the Trioplan 100mm f2.8 Meyer Gorlitz Optik lens, known for its ‘soap bubble’ bokeh and soft focus.”
