OUR COMMENT: Well, this won’t be to everyone’s taste – but good photography isn’t necessarily meant to be crowd-pleasing. The lights, the rain, the sense of reality distorted are all very captivating, and it appears like a still taken from a dream. This demonstrates how a slow shutter speed can be used to creative effect.
