THE MODEL POSITION

Your model needs to be entirely in the frame with a pleasing composition.

LIGHTING SETUP

Position the key light to the side of your model so it’s lighting one part of the body and the other half is in the shadow. Set the other light on the other side behind your subject as a rim light.

SET YOUR CAMERA

I am setting the tripod very low because I don’t want my subject to have the horizon line behind his head.
