Michelin stars before moving to Vienna from Germany in 2015. Located on the edge of Grinzing, a popular heuriger destination, he cooks dramatic, glamorous food in the restaurant in the evenings and expensive but delicious beisl dishes during the day. Tian It’s hard to imagine a more complex approach to vegetarian cuisine. Dishes have names such as Miso Zen Garden. It could be pretentious but the chefs’ skills are as polished as in most Michelin-star temples. From £50 for a quick bite to £250 for the tasting menu.
