PUNTERS’ PITBULL TERROR WITH ‘HOOKER’
Court told blonde lured clients for sex before stealing cash
A FAKE hooker invited men back to her flat for sex, but instead her boyfriend would steal their money and chase them off with a pitbull, a court heard yesterday.
Two punters have allegedly been conned by Emily Akers, 31, and her partner Carl Mason, 33.
The court heard that one man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, handed over £140 and was stripping off for sex when Mr Mason jumped out.
He was wielding a pitbull as a weapon and screamed at him “Get out you pervert” before getting him in a thumb lock and marching him out of the house.
The man told the hearing: “I was in shock. Everything had been so quick, so fast. I was in shock. I started screaming ‘Give me my money back’.”
A second man booked an appointment over the internet after spotting Miss Aker’s advertising herself as Jessica of York who “just loved sex”.
But when he handed over cash and was allegedly scared off by Mr Mason, he left his mobile phone in the flat.
Incriminating
The next day, the prosecution at York Crown Court argue, he was contacted by Mason who told him that unless he received money he would send an incriminating picture of the man handing over cash to Miss Akers to all his contacts on the phone.
They finally settled on an amount of £5,000 pounds, to be handed over at a meeting in York the coming Friday.
The man told the court: “In return for the cash he said he would go away. I would get my phone back and the photographs.”
But before he was due to hand over the cash the man contacted police who arranged a sting operation and arrested Mason.
In police interviews both Akers and Mason claimed the payments to her were only for her companionship and that both Mr Brown and the other man wanted more.
They say that Mason had intervened to protect her.
The pair deny conspiracy to steal, blackmail and of threatening by phone.
Mason also denies two charges of assault.
The trial continues.
