“And it’s even worse here in Los Angeles, where cosmetic surgery is so much more common than back in Britain.

“When I tell people my boobs are real, they say, ‘Oh, sweetie, you don’t have to tell tales here!’

“And I’m like, ‘But I’m NOT lying!’
