Scandi cool meets Shoreditch chic in this new, cosy, Nordic-inspired restaurant.The Ršk team, with consultant chef Matt Young, have designed a menu for sharing, focussed around its wood fire, giving quality British ingredient­s the Scandi treatment. Ršk recommends ordering snacks to start, a meat dish each, and sides to share. The Cobble Lane charcuteri­e plate stands out Ð super-thin shavings of cured meat, including a fantastic fennel and garlic salami, served with charred sourdough and pickled beetroot. The Õnduja scotch egg is also excellent.
