Chicken Organic breeds are slow-grown for a minimum of 70 days, making for a succulent bird with a fne marbling of fat. New this autumn are the chicken supremes; tender breasts with the bone attached, and a chicken crown perfect for roasting.

Poussin These speciality birds are fed a high-cereal diet that produces a delicate favour. They’re available plain, spatchcocked with a four-pepper and sea salt marinade, or with lemon and thyme stuffng garnished with beachwood-smoked dry-cured bacon.

Turkey This year, Capestone will be providing M&S with its Pembrokeshire Bronze Turkeys, known for their richly favoured meat. Order before 5pm on 15 December for Christmas, or 5pm on 20 December for New Year.
