5-minute fat bread pizzas

ricotta 250g lemon ½, zested basil a handful of leaves, chopped Italian flatbreads 4 parma ham 8 slices olive oil

• Mix the ricotta, lemon and basil and season. Spread over the flatbreads then grill briefly until golden.Tear over the ham, add a little more basil and drizzle with olive oil.
