Lisa is married and has one son. She taught elementary grades in public schools for several years, and is currently a home educator. Music has been a passion since she was a little girl, and continues to be a part of her life through performance opportunities with handbells and percussion. Another ongoing enjoyment is crafting of all types, particularly scrapbooking, card-making, knitting, and child-friendly projects. Healthy cooking and baking while respecting her son's peanut and tree nut allergies add to her daily arts and crafts. Saving money by combining store sales with coupons, thrift shopping, and DIY projects are yet another aspect of her life's pleasures.
